Killing Killer

Story:

Siwoo Lee, the main character, lost his parents to a murderer ten years ago. Finally, he meets and beheads Jack, the killer who murdered his parents. "I did not murder your parents." Si-woo Lee decides to track down the registrants with Jack's help after learning that the real culprit is a "contractor" from a group of killers with superpowers.
