Story:

Briefly about 3-gatsu no Lion manga: After losing his family as a boy, youth Kiriyama Rei endured loneliness to become a professional shogi specialist. Then, by chance he met the three sisters Kawamoto, (Akari, Hinata, Momo)Challenging relationships slowly unravel Kiriyama Rei's frozen heart. Note: Nominated for the 2nd Annual Manga Taishou in 2009 and won the award in 2011.Won the Kodansha Manga Award in the general category (shared with Space Brothers) in 2011 and won the Grand Prize of the 18th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize in 2014. And won the 24th Japan Media Arts Festival Awards Grand Prize in 2021.
